Flagler Beach Club

This 74 Unit three building condominium project will be located in West Palm Beach Florida on the north end of Flagler Drive. The front structures are three-story townhouses designed to relate to the residential neighborhood to the west. The project has a second level recreation deck over covered parking. The rear fifteen-story tower contains seventy condominium units. The building was designed in contemporary style so that large glazed openings could be used to maximize the intracoastal views. Construction is planned to commence in spring of 2006.

Tower:	One Fifteen-story tower at five units per floor. Units range from 1500 to 2700 square feet.
Townhouses:	The two three-story townhouse building unit square footages range from 2600 to 1960 square feet. The site is 2.18 Acres
