Coastal Residence

Investment Research commissioned this single-family speculative home planned for St. Augustine Beach, Florida. The metal roofs, cupola and front porches were used to reference traditional Florida vernacular architecture. The residence is 3250 square feet. Completion is scheduled for early spring of 2006.
